So this is the second time I have used this facility and on my second car. I learned a few things about how they are so thorough with their oil changes I will get a ride next time LOL. It took a bit longer than I anticipated, but my schedule was oddly clear that day so it wasn't a big deal. I did have a minor snafoo a few days later, and they promptly reassessed the situation and took care of the problem with no trouble. I was extremely happy with the resulting service, and even though I started out to be a very mean girl, they were respectful and helpful. So .... I will be back, and will be continuing my patronage of their establishment.
