The service, guidance, and professionalism were all outstanding and much needed. Previously overcharg
ed and unprofessional experience at a dealership only 48 hours prior to service at All Tire & Service. Never going back to the dealership of years. I will definitely recommend and return to All Tire & Service - Rhine Avenue to get the great treatment, honesty, and fairness at a very reasonable cost.

I have been taking my 99 540i and previous 530 to Steve at Bimmerworks since the day he opened. He ha
s always performed work in a professional and courteous manner. He has done everything from replacing my engine when it got water flooded to installing Dinan upgrades through stage 5. He has always been honest about what needed to be done and gave always an accurate estimate up front.

Bob is a "down to earth" professional. No BS. Does what he says, in the estimated time frame. If t
here is an anticipated delay, once he gets into the repair, he will contact you and discuss what's going on. Prices are reasonable (especially for the excellent quality work he does). I totally trust his honesty, expertise and work ethic. Over the years that cars have been a part of my life (over 60 - 25 of which as a commercial operator), Confident Car Repair & Tire, inc. is the best shop I have ever encountered. He stands behind his work 100%.

The mechanics are honest. I’ve been up sold too many times by other auto shops that told me I needed
something done when I really didn’t. If my vehicle doesn’t need it, I am informed. The cost of a repair is much lower than any other shop. This has great customer service- the customer comes first. They use premium parts and service in a timely manner. The main mechanic, Mike, is very humble yet has every certification available to earn in the automotive industry, so I know the work is being done correctly. They conveniently service all vehicle types, so I can bring both my Foreign and American cars to just one place.

I was on my way to vacation when I ran over a shredded tire. This created a loud whining sound, so pu
lled off and found Pendleton auto care. Even though they were busy and I had no appointment, they got me right in and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was back on the road within 30 minutes and they didn't even charge me for their time.
