I called to get an appointment for my car. The phone was answered immediately and they were able to d
o state inspection the next day. (last day of the month) Called me first thing in the morning to tell me vehicle was ready and also gave me information about what Kia recommends on the car. Told them to do recommended service and it was done in the same day. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Yesterday, I started to go to work and the car would not start. Today the same thing happened. After
researching online I found where they were the highest ranking on Google. Quick jump off from Roadside Assistance and I went straight to Spectrum Automotive. Quick diagnostic and they said it was my battery. Thankfully not my alternator. Under an hour I was up and running on my way to work. They were short on manpower, but I would have never guessed. They were so friendly and straightforward with me about the cost before replacing it. I will be revisiting for oil changes and maintenance items. Matt and the team were AWESOME! Thank you so much!
