The work was done quickly and done well. Communication between the auto repair shop and the customer
was lacking. I had to call several times to get the first estimate and again if it was done. Always a great price but a bit unorganized.

After having two other shops unsuccessfully try to diagnose a transmission problem, I was stumped. Ha
d a recommendation to try Monkey Wrench, and they delivered. They found the problem (a bad computer), fixed it, and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Very easy to work with, great communication and keeping me up-to-date, and they were very flexible in picking up the vehicle, as I was traveling when it was repaired. Highly recommended.
