Friendly and fair
I trust the folks at Laguna Woods Auto Repair to be fair and honest in their assessments of what work needs to be done to my 14 yr old Toyota Rav 4. They always try to save you money by not recommending or doing unnecessary work. Especially as a senior woman, I appreciate their advice and honesty.

Nicest people & best repair ever! I will never go to dealer again!!
This dealer was recommended by a friend who has used them for years. The first time I went they fixed my catalytic converter for $2000. The exact same Kia part the dealer was going to charge $3800 for. I have been using them eve since & could not be happier.

Car making clunking noises when shifting
My car was making clunky noise when shifting like the transmission was trying to fall out. They looked over my cr and fixed it for a minimal cost and saved me a lot of money. They are so good at diagnosing problems and they are always very honest and helpful.

Peter’s customer service skills are exceptional, and the honesty of this shop is truly remarkable. As a 75-year-old who has owned an auto transmission repair shop, I can confidently say that Laguna Woods Auto Repair's commitment to high standards and exceptional customer service is impressive.

They never attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs, which makes a significant difference. It’s refreshing to find a place that values integrity while offering such affordable pricing.
