It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. My sales agent, Dave Han, made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He answered numerous questions that I had -all the way from trim to pricing- with such details and kindness. I've had such a pleasant experience from this dealership that I've recommended Zimbrick Hyundai West to a friend of mine who was looking to get a new car. And now she has decided to purchase a new car from this dealership as well!
