We apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. We take pride in our dedication to customers and your experience was not indicative of that. We will use this feedback to understand where we can improve services. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and for not being able to find the leak. We appreciate you bringing your business to us and are sorry your experience was not a positive one. The leak your vehicle has cannot be found without added freon and dye as it is a gas and cannot be seen, the interior penels for rear a/c may need to be removed at this point to make sure leak isnt in interior although that is usually not required. Our appointments for mechanical repairs and diagnosises are for drop offs, unless they are oil changes which are done every hour on the hour as we have a dedicated rack and employee for those services. We added more dye and freon again because leak could not be found 1st time, I know you are on vacation out here and apoligize for the inconvenience but you can come back for one more inspection. I will make sure to get it looked at in a timely manner.
