Big money for a little job
They were terribly expensive! Changed out some spark plugs and charged my daughter over $800. What a rip off

Service above and beyond!
Called with a possible radiator hose leak and they said bring it in and they would try to fit it in . Turns out it was a leaking water pump and they still were able to “fit it in”! Thanks guys and gals, and we will make an appointment next time!

They do all my service and am always pleased. Has an A/C issue with my vehicle and they found the issue and resolved it quickly. Andrews customer service is outstanding.

Great Auto Service & Customer Service
Zerby’s is our go to shop for auto services for our 2013 GMC Yukon. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They make scheduling services simple, and they offer a shuttle to or from their shop if don’t have time to wait. Andrew Taylor always takes great care of us!

I was kept informed by Chad every step of the way
We had a broken passenger side mirror on our Chrysler min-van. Chad at Zerby Auto listened to me and kept me informed about ordering, receiving, re-installing all along the way. I was kept informed by Chad every step of the way
Our passenger side mirror on our Chrysler mini-van broke. Chad checked it, ordered a new mirror for us and kept me up to date on the ordering process and as soon as the mirror came in he called and installed it. Chad's demeaner was just awesome every step of the way and I just appreciated that about him. Thank you Zerby Auto and please thank Chad for me.

Nice workers but communication was poor. Unsuccessful in locating my car problem.
I called for an appointment regarding a AC problem in my Highlander. When I arrived they said it was low on Freon and had a leak. The only way to find the leak was to put a dye in the system. I was told to return when the ac stopped working and they would be able to locate the leak. I did as instructed and returned two days later. I called to set up the appointment for 9 a.m. I showed up at 8:35. My car was not seen, by the mechanic until 11:30. When I asked about my appointment time I was told, that’s a drop off time, not an appointment time. After waiting 5.5 hours I was told they could not find the leak. To come back and they would eventually find it! I am located 1.15 hours away from the shop and will NOT return. Why would I return to a shop that could not find the leak. Why return to a shop that I had to wait 5.5 hours only to be told, come back. I am out $200 for the dye. As for appointments, while I was waiting, several arrived and said, I’m here for my 1 o’clock appointment. They need to decide.. do they make appointments or not. Very very disappointed in the service. On the other hand, the waiting room and bathroom are very nice and clean.

We apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. We take pride in our dedication to customers and your experience was not indicative of that. We will use this feedback to understand where we can improve services. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and for not being able to find the leak. We appreciate you bringing your business to us and are sorry your experience was not a positive one. The leak your vehicle has cannot be found without added freon and dye as it is a gas and cannot be seen, the interior penels for rear a/c may need to be removed at this point to make sure leak isnt in interior although that is usually not required. Our appointments for mechanical repairs and diagnosises are for drop offs, unless they are oil changes which are done every hour on the hour as we have a dedicated rack and employee for those services. We added more dye and freon again because leak could not be found 1st time, I know you are on vacation out here and apoligize for the inconvenience but you can come back for one more inspection. I will make sure to get it looked at in a timely manner.
