Took my car in for a problem that was covered under warranty. I did not tell them to check anything else just the problem that was covered. He made multiple statements that it was covered and I would not be charged. They decided to do a diagnostic on my vehicle without me knowing. I went to pick it up. Well guess what? I now owe them $175 to get my car back. I can go to any auto parts store and do that for free! They think it is the ok for them to do work on your cat that you don’t want done and they can hold it hostage until you pay for something you didn’t want! No honest techs there!
