We appreciated Darren's help towing our junker of a car. Even though he could see it was old and rusty he took special care to assist without making things worse - and that took some extra effort & time. Even though it's a junker it is vital to us and he recognized that. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind, as well as a good communicator. Thank you!
