On September 3 many of you may have seen my negative review.
Well, I am on here today to let EVERYONE know that they have more than sufficiently redeemed themselves! I went in and was explaining to Mike my reason for stopping in today. As soon as I told him my last name, one of the gentlemen behind the counter spoke up and said you were in here a little bit ago? Told him September 3. He got right up, shook my hand and introduced himself. He asked for my keys, grabbed a mechanic and walked out to my vehicle with me.
The mechanic saw the warning, and reset it. But then, he checked my oil. Kudos to you, young man! You personable, professional and very polite! It did not go unnoticed or unappreciated!
Nicco...Your team has obviously been affected by your approach to customer service! People such as yourself are few and rar between. My whole day improved with your kindness and sincerity! You are correct. We all have bad days...lord, I know I have my share!
So, folks, when you read reviews on here, good or bad, try them out. They are always putting customer happiness first and foremost! Thank you Nicco!!
