I needed a smog check and I got it in less than 30 minutes
I stopped in to get my smog check done for my new tags on my car and like always the guys there are always polite and nice and courteous and they were done within under 30 minutes and I’ve been going there for years. Keep up the good work guys. Wood Crest auto Center is the best

Abominable experience
I have brought 4 vehicles to Woodcrest and have made many great reviews in the past. My situation on 4/01/25 was anything but. I dropped off my car at 8am with a TPMS light and horn that doesn’t work. I call and speak to Jesus at 3:05pm and am told I will receive a call in 30 min to explain diagnosis. Dan calls at 4:45pm and I ask for the TPMS light repair only. I call at 5:30pm to ask if I can pick up the car. He asks to keep it overnight. He tells me he has to ask the mechanic because they haven’t started repairs. I need the car back so they have it ready at 6pm closing. My car was at Woodcrest for 7 hrs w/o being diagnosed, lack of communication between Dan and mechanic, and asking me to leave the car overnight are the valid reasons for this unsatisfied review. I know most customers know a TPMS light check doesn’t take 7hrs to diagnose.
