We Walked in just to LOOK at a new outlander phev. Our sales associate Balal was extremely helpful, soft spoken, not pushy in the least and confident with knowledge of their product. He took us for a test drive and we put his knowledge to the test. We had a VW lease and although we liked our car we wanted to get away from VW (chatham) due to poor customer service. We expressed how important post sales service was to us and after meeting Jared (the manager) and our experience with our sales associate, we were comfortable talking about a potential purchase. They worked out a lease trade in deal that was better than what VW was offering us while not pushing the sale. We were only shopping and not expecting to purchase anything for another 6 months while we waited for the end of our lease. After deciding to purchase a new outlander we met David the finance manager. He was so nice and personable. He explained everything in detail and didn't make us feel like he was in a rush to get through everything even though the dealership was just about to close. After everything was said and done the whole team walked us out and congratulated us on our new car. We picked up our new outlander 1 week later and had purchased the ceramic coating. After getting home we noticed a few imperfections in the detail. We called the dealership (on a saturday) and spoke with the manager directly and worked out a solution by the end of the day. Jared never once attempted to downplay our concerns and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. So far we have had 5 a 5 star experience from test drive to purchase and post purchase service. We are very happy to have chosen mutsubishi windsor not only for a beautiful new car but their amazing staff. Highly recommend Mitsubishi Windsor.
