Honest, reliable, trustworthy
Hard working shop shp strives to take care of the customer. Stands by their warranty work. Honest about the work that needs to be done now vs the work the customer can wait on while taking into account the customer's use of the vehicle and their budget. Frequently goes above and beyond for their customers, hard to find nowdays. Definitely recommend.

Didn't back up botched repair
I had a small repair done at Wind Lake Auto incorrectly, verified by a different mecanic with pictures and documentaion. Bringing this to their attention, they had no interest (other than keeping my previously paid money). Won't be back due to dishonesty.

Will not go any where else
They went out of their way to squeeze me in when I showed up. I only needed my battery replaced but I didn't know that when I arrived there. They asked what was going wrong with my car when I showed up and he knew what was wrong before he even tested it. He did actually test it just to confirm but he was right. He opened up early so he could fit me in. I know replacing a battery isn't a big deal but it was to me. I was on my way in no time and I just can't say enough about how knowledgeable and caring they are!!!! I will not take my car anywhere else!!

Done before you know it!
Took the truck in to be serviced a day early due to a scheduling conflict. We weren’t in hurry to get the truck back, but was called that afternoon saying it was done. Deb is the absolute best and the guys are top notch. Wouldn’t go any place else!

Poor communication and feedback
Took in vehicle for check engine. After 1st repair attempt, light was back on the 1st day. Took vehicle back, waited 5 days without any update. Went back 6th day in person was told what problem was and had to wait another 2 weeks to get in their schedule. Very disappointed ☹️

Great service!
I took my car in late morning and a day early as I was in the area and Deb called me by 3 and said it was done. I wasn’t expecting that!!!! They are always so nice to me when I take my car in. Deb is the sweetest and Josh is the greatest! Best place to go!

Removed nail and put a plug in
Our son found this business on line. It was near our home so I thought I would try it. What a GREAT find. Everything was very friendly. They did a great job on the tire, checked the other tires and were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Removed a nail in my tire and put in a plug
We have lived in this area for seventeen years, never knew this auto shop was there. We found this shop on line and since it was very close to our home in Wind Lake, we thought we would it try it and it was a WONDERFUL find. Deb and the people working there were very friendly. The work was done efficiently and in a timely matter. We will definitely be using this service in the future. Thank you!?
