Amazing customer service!
Jake Bogaards was our salesperson, and he was so helpful, patient, supportive, knowledgeable, willing and capable, that I threw any old 'notions' of car salesman out the window right away. On top of that, the place itself was friendly too. we were indecisive, and had some odd parameters that needed to be met, and Jake ran all over being helpful. Since I'm disabled, his humor and gentlemanly courtesy were both rare and much appreciated. When we returned a week later with a question, he was at our door as we arrived, and again went out of the way to provide great customer service. His is not an easy job. Since he has been there awhile, I must believe that his kindly low pressure salesmanship is okay with Wilson, and must give them kudos as well. This is by far the best vehicle-buying experience of my life, and I'm not exactly a spring chicken! Thanks to Jake and Wilson Motors for our great 'Guaranteed' used car!
