Good Service and Friendly
Purchased a Used GTI, deal was fairly smooth, but after financing was approved, we came back to the Dealership to finalize the transaction and pick up our new car, and our Sales Person was busy with other customers. We felt as though he did not really focus on getting us through the process and our second key for the car, as much as he was trying to sell another car. He seemed to get a little attitude when I pressed about the second transponder key for the VW. (I am still waiting for that key by the way) We attribute some of this lack of Customer Service due to him being a new Sales Person and trying to make sales quotas. It could have been an overall better experience, but we would recommend this Dealership to our Friends.
