They started the job 2 months late, then sent me an invoice for never-agreed-to "add-ons" that referred to services already covered in the original contract for 1/3 extra above and beyond the high end of the contract price. And of course this was sent at a "critical time" in the project. This will end up in court most likely. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
