Outstanding work and service!
I am highly satisfied with willies automotive. In fact their professionalism and caring attitude stood above the rest. I am a small business owner and needed my truck back in a reasonable time. For it was my busy season. Not only was this done in an impressionable and fashionable time period. It was fixed correctly and here I am three months later and my ford E350 is still running like if it was practically new. I am so glad I chose to choose willies auto motive . And I want to thank willies automotive team for their outstanding service. Each one of you impressed me. From the master mechanic receiving me after hours and assuring me that the problem would be corrected properly. Also The receptionist and Dave kept me well informed each step of the way. Impressive even willie himself would come and meet with us and gave us personal financial tips. I am once again humbled and thankful for your superb service. God bless you all......

Best Service in Town
My BMW sat for over a year...finally called and had it towed...they corrected the issues...kept me informed...and care...thank you Willie and his crew for great work and half the Dealership price!!!

If no stars could be my rating, this would be my review title.
I had utilize this auto job in the past with a 2010 Nissan Altima that I use to have for rotors and breaks, no issues. However, last year I took my 2007 BMW to them for the quote for a tune up and oil leak. I was given a diagnostic check and quoted somewhat around $2,400 dollars. I elected to wait until the funding was available. This year I took the car in because the engine was overheating, and through a diagnostic check i was told I needed a water pump and the oil issue was discussed and I agreed to proceed. The owners wife Wendy stated to me that because the mechanic didn't want to apply seals in the back of the engine to address the oil leak, and it may just need the seals up front, then he would recommend doing this and save more money. I agreed. I was quoted a price, and again agreed and gave Wendy $10000 dollars before any services were commenced. 2 weeks later i was informed that my car was ready for pickup, but what i was quoted to be the balance prior had increased roughly $250.00 dollars. I needed for this to be explained as no one had contacted me within those 2 weeks to explain this. When I showed to recover my car Wendy apologies as she took ownership of not contacting me. $4,500 dollars later 2 trips back to the shop, i have an engine light still own, and a oil leak. The owner is not truthful and his wife is rude and unprofessional. 2 diagnostic checks and I wish I would've taken my car to the BMW shop. Customer beware, they have gimmicks and agenda's all races, languages, and religions. Just because they look like you, isn't enough.

Andrew said when his vehicle broke down and he told he had a blown transmission. He choose not to fix it because the cost of the repair was too high compared to what he would have paid elsewhere.

Good customer service
Good visit. People were great. Only issue was it took a littler more time then expected because of rusty bolts. All in all a great service. I will return and recommend them.
