From the first time I called and spoke with Mrs. Lilian until the service on my vehicle was completed, the Williamsons were extremely Professional and Courteous. I normally don't care to sit in waiting areas of mechanic shops and wait for my vehicle, do to the nastiness of how some mechanics keep their waiting area. However, I love the fact that the Williamson's waiting area was nice, neat and CLEAN. There was no chaos in the shop, only peace. Even in speaking with their customers whom I didn't know, were just as nice. Mr. Williamson explained in detail the process and services that he was providing to my vehicle. Even though I didn't understand most it LOL, I trusted the fact that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was referred to the Williamson's Auto Repair Shop by an acquaintance (Melva). This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. Needless to say, I'm planning on scheduling another appointment to take my vehicle back for additional services... I've enjoyed the Williamson's service to the utmost, and will refer others to the Williamson's Auto Repair Shop!
