I took my vehicle in on a Wednesday or Thursday morning for poor running condition and a horrible noise. David did a diagnostic, explained the problem to me and what needed to be done. I was scheduled for early Monday morning for Mr. WIlliams expertise who gave me another followup. My vehicle sounds so much better and I'm comfortable driving it.
