All work was completed and I thought the cost was for an Audi was acceptable. I went to Wilhelm because of German trained mechanics in case there was a need in the future for more specialized concerns.
In the past to my previous years of a lifelong maintenance mechanic I could discuss my concerns in the area near the work bays. Wilhelm Automotive does not provide even a window to look into the shop area. Perhaps that is a minuscule point but I had no idea what the work bays even looked like ! But then again I am comparing one shop to another. Perhaps I should have asked for a look but being new to Wilhelm Automotive, but perhaps another time when I am more comfortable with their facility.
Overall my experience was one that will bring me back to Wilhelm Automotive when needed.
