Customer Service Gary
I just want to tell you about a great customer service person, his name is Gary. I made an appointment about a week before Halloween. I said oh, that's Halloween. Gary said we will try and have some candy for you. I laughed! I never gave it another thought. On Halloween I went to the counter and Gary was working. He said here is some candy as promised. I didn't really expected this! Thanks! Gary is so good, kind and patient!

Pressure free experience
If you’re shopping for a car and want an easy, friendly experience, you can find it here. Ultimately, we did not purchase a car, however our sales man was patient and informative. Go see George Sfakios - great experience.

Poor follow through, unreasonable actions
I brought my Hyundai from the dealership we bought it from (who has done all appropriate servicing) for a replacement safety belt receiver. After going through my vehicle, told me things that needed to be repaired (which was not true) told me I needed a new receiver, which I asked them for in the beginning. I was told it would take 1 week, but it is now 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I brought it to another Hyundai dealer and the problem has been resolved. I love my Hyundai, but won't ever go here again. Found a more responsible dealership.

Wile is always prompt, courteous and professional. Their service team is top notch and there's never too long of a wait!
We are proud to be part of the Wile Hyundai family and use their service department for many of our fleet vehicle's maintenance. They're always there when we need us (even at a moment's notice if there's an emergency!) and do great work!

Great Service…poor checked out!
The service was good, but the cashier was lazy, when questioned about the bill. Was over charged, and could have been avoided, if she had actually confirmed that a coupon had not been applied.

Dear Hyundai,
I'd like to change my rating for my last visit to Wile Hyundai to read 5 stars. I was totally satisfied with the service I received and looking back I should have given the 5 star rating. Usually, I don't even fill out these surveys since I don't approve of their overall design. Perhaps that's why I gave a 4 star rating - the survey needs to be less redundant and not based on a pass/fail system.
