Im not recommending this pkace ,nor am i returning
I dropped off my car 545am using the key drop off slot,requesting an oil change and a brief description of a light screeching sound coming from my brakes that i wanted them to look at.i got a call and text from the receptionist saying it was serviced and ready for pick up,i called back and ask the total ,$241she said,for an oil change i asked,as she responded and the brake diagnostic, i asked what was the diagnosis and she said her mechanic didn't hear any noise and the brakes looked new ,have i recently changed them i replied no,i purchased the car 4 months ago, i asked the receptionist did the mechanic drive it because there is definitely a light screeching noise,she said ill call u back ,which she did and she said oh yeah theres a light screeching noise and the mechanic recommended all new roters and all new brakes pads all the way around fir $1700 ,i said the brakez are new why would i replace them you said so yourself, and why would your mechanic recommend the most for what he said was a light screeching, sounds like a scam and ripoff place,never going back again,i recommend anyone reading this dont go here
