I had written a negative review because they had my car for a couple weeks and when I got it back, there was a different problem that was not there before. When I spoke to them, they said to bring it in first thing Monday morning, which I did. They promptly assessed the problem, went out and got the part that was needed, and fixed it. I am very grateful that they took care of it. Cindy and Chris are very accommodating. I tried to edit my former unsatisfactory review, but could not figure out how to do that.
