Being a woman, I've always been intimidated when it's time for my car to go to the shop. Being newer to Nampa, I spoke with 2 "car guys" - a trusted friend & our next door neighbor. Right off, both of them, separately, said they go to Whit's, for the great service, the people there & their pricing - that was enough for me! I took my car in & was delighted! Their pricing was very fair & their staff, including the technicians, are top notch. My car was repaired, two different issues, it needed a 100,000 mile tune up & at nearly 100,000 miles, I chose to have the timing belt replaced (which is recommended by the car mfg.), and, secondly, a new higher-end battery I'd recently gotten at Auto Zone wasn't starting consistently. Whit's checked everything out & found that the battery issue was from my alternator belt being a little loose, so they tightened that up and my car starts first time, every time again. My car was done & ready to pick sooner than expected, too - what a great experience - start to finish! I'll be back when needed - and I give a rating of "10 + ."
