No accountability
This place sucks. You go in for one thing and they tell you your car is ready to pickup after 5 days of having the Vehicle. Get there and no it’s not, but that’s not the worst part. Came for a bolt distraction off the manifold 600.00. they say it’s good to go, go to leave now I have a transmission problem, which I drove my vehicle from the Eastside (Harper/Cadieux) they tell me the transmission is bad eternal problem inside transmission the Salesman tells me my transmission is dirty. I take my vehicle to my trans guy Wally’s transmission on the Eastside.(Gratoit/ Whittier). He tells me your fluid is not dirty, plus they replace parts with not even a call to you (Junk parks). This place is a joke Customer Service is the worst terrible from the top to the bottom of this place. Please do not take your vehicle there.

This shop is a joke. No accountability for what they do every day fix your shit and break some more shit blaming on you after you pick your car up.

Customer Service Sucks
This place is a joke drove my vehicle from Eastside/ Moross during the freeway no problem took my car in for 1 repair cost me 600.00 dollars the guy gives me my vehicle keys go to start my car won’t stay running. The mechanic (F-up) takes my car back in the shop did something didn’t tell me what he did I go to leave pull out and now I leave with a transmission problem. Salesperson tell me you have dirty trans fluid/ fluid was clear as plastic. Then he said it’s eternal inside the transmission mine you I drove from Eastside to Westside No problem gears shifting good. Do not trust this shop. Bad business.

The worst place I never been too… Overrated
This place is the worst came in for a manifold problem (had my car for 4 Days Wednesday-to-Saturday)they said it was fix went to go start my car wouldn’t stay started. So they took It back in. 20 minutes later I see the mechanic take my car for a ride ok it’s fix go to leave drive off my transmission is not shifted correctly so I call back no answer they have caller I’d.. Monday morning 7 Of Aug.2023 I called bring in back up there they tell me my transmission is bad, mine you I drove my vehicle from the East to the West on the freeway to get to there place driiving 55-65 miles in hour trans shifted no problem but now I you give me my vehicle back with a problem that I didn’t have before I came in there. The Salesman suck. No accountability lies after lies..

Will straight lie to you
I took my truck to get serviced here which they told me that it was running hot, I need valve cover gaskets, oil pressure switch, and it was overheating. They also told me that it’ll be a 12 hour job that left me with out a car for 3 week. I took it on a Friday and they called me Saturday saying it was going to be out Tuesday. I receive no call Tuesday so I called in and they prolong to Wednesday. So they continue to prolong the finish day so I stop calling and just popped up and arrived. Once I got there, it was a whole different story. They told me that my headers was bad and that they switched out my engine without calling to consult anything with me. Then continue to persuade me to believe their word after they lied to me over the phone and it was a different story when I got up to the place. Just for my car to be doing the same thing not holding coolant and now I have a heater core problem. Also charge me to fix the heater core when that was the initiating problem and now my car is sounding funny. I wouldn’t recommend this place because I feel I was ripped off
