Cliente VerificadoMbailaou, Towing rates are set bt the state of CT at $200.00 for the towing fees and we have no control over that, The diagnostic fee of one hours time to inspect the vehicle for no start condition was authourozed by you for the amount of $205.00 per hour. As with anything in this day in age everything is very expensive. We even kept the vehicle at our location for over a week and did not charge storage fees as allowed by the state of CT in an effort to keep the charges at a minimum to help you with cost. I am sorry that you felt you were over charged but can not change the fees incurred that were authorized by you to tow and inspect the vehicle. Again I am sorry that you had the problem with you car but please know that all charges were fair and equitable.
