I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my car at 8:00. Luckily I live right around the corner and could walk to my house. However my car wasn't ready for pick-up until 2:00 pm. I was not expecting it to take 6 hours for a simple oil change. Based on this I probably will not use your facility again.
