I feel like I was taken advantage of. A simple check engine light ended up costing me $4,616.73.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to provide some clarification.

Your visit was not limited to a check engine light concern. You requested a full vehicle inspection, which we completed using our electronic inspection system. That inspection identified several concerns on your 2002 Dodge Dakota, including maintenance items, suspension-related issues, and the check engine light repair, among others.

Each recommended repair was clearly explained, including the reason for the repair, priority, and cost, before any work was performed. You chose which repairs you wanted to proceed with, and no work was done without your authorization.

After this review was posted, our Operations Manager, Pablo, personally reached out to better understand your experience. During that conversation, you confirmed that:

Nothing had gone wrong with the repairs
The vehicle runs and drives great
All repairs were thoroughly explained by Carlo
You understood the costs and approved the work
The vehicle was completed on time as promised

You also shared that your frustration stemmed from feeling you spent more than you wanted on the vehicle, which we understand can happen with older vehicles and can lead to buyer’s remorse. While we truly empathize with that feeling, the services performed were requested, approved, and completed correctly. The vehicle will also give you several moire years of service, no that the repairs and services were performed.
