Who writes these things
I'm not sure whom wrote the previous reviews for this site, but I can say without a doubt this dealership is not the best. First, they have a market adjustment on vehicles that do not carry a high market value. Second, they add service contracts to vehicles without the agreement of the client as if it is required. Last, they don't tell you that you have 10 days to cancel the Apex contracts. Make sure you cancel them as others have repeatedly stated they don't honor them. Next, their concierge service is a joke, they don't actually do what is stated by Genesis, which is the reason most people will buy them. If you are looking luxury, don't view Genesis as that brand, as although the car is nice, the service, support and sales experience is far less than luxury. Genesis, if you're reading this, the experience is dismal, and your vehicles value on the open market needs much improvement. Customer service is your number one facet of improvement. This dealership is doing you a great disservice. Hope no one asks my take on Genesis, they'll get my full experience. You've lost a customer for life.
