They use bait and will force you to buy another vehicle. Sales guy Alex is not a normal person very aggressive and will lie on your face. And when caught blame everything on manager. They will just add 15% over sticker price with lame excuses and on top of it they will force you to add protection package for windshield, GPS etc for additional $3k. They will run your credit and then come back to say car is sold. West Houston Hyundai should be ashamed of themselves no integrity just wants to rob people and lies.
