Start of process was straightforward as I had estimator review damage. We discussed a few options, and I decided to weigh options for a few days. Upon return I reviewed estimate and discussed repair timetable. I then scheduled repair date. Vehicle was ready in 10 days - within window that estimator gave me. Upon inspection on pick up, one detail needed correction and they immediately took into shop to correct. I was on my way in a short time.
