I left a scathing review before and was going into this appointment optimistic, but cautious. I couldn’t be happier that the past was just that … the past. We had service set up for December 13th. We arrived about 5 minutes early. It literally looked like Genesis day. There were several already being checked in, but they were super prompt and helped us immediately. They had our loaner car ready and we were on our way to run our errands in Tally. Approximately 2 hours later we got the text that our car was ready. We had just sat down to grab some lunch, so we ate and then headed back to Werner. The car was serviced, clean and ready to go. Everyone was extremely nice and there were absolutely no issues!! It was EXACTLY what we expect from a service department that deals in luxury vehicles. I called Trey out before (when things didn’t go so well) and I’m gonna call him out again … but this time it’s for being SUPER PROFESSIONAL and a pleasure to work with.
