Scammers
Lots of complaints here from a first visit gone wrong but I think these guys are crooks and Abraham is a snake. I’m pretty reasonable and was given many excuses why my issue was 1/1000 on how expensive and time consuming it turned out to be. AI inquiry and speaking with the dealership shop we have a relationship indicated we were being bamboozled. Abraham said google reviews are the bane of his existence and they’re obsessed with getting positive ones and dismissing the negative ones and flipping blame on the customer or situation. The negative reviews aren’t outliers, they are likely the majority of real reviews. You can assume many positive reviews are fake or innocuous oil changes, they’re playing the game. I asked around AFTER going there and several other locals confirmed they’ve been ripped off too. Expect any quote given to be wildly underestimated. Use AI, ask other mechanics, most importantly look elsewhere for service. They gave us some goody bag after the hose job and asked for a review. Here you go.

Details: Had a parasitic battery draw, they said best case $250, worst case $1000 1-2 days. Then they said that didn’t work and tested 40/50 spots and needed up to 2 full days and up to $2500 more. Guess what? It took that full time and full amount more! Dealership and AI inquiry confirmed it wasn’t that hard and this was a scam. They returned the car with running boards that weren’t working and told us that would be extra AFTER we called to complain. Abraham admitted to gaming google review system. Tried to gift us into leaving a good review. Nah, a free t shirt isn’t gonna do it.
