We continue to maintain that same level of customer service today at all of our locations! No matter what your auto repair needs are, our team at Wayne's Auto Repair will meet them.

Each of our locations (Powell, Westerville, Columbus) has a team of highly trained individuals there to meet your needs daily. Got me in and out quickly
They had a back log, dropped off the car a day early, they looked at and gave me an estimate the day before my appointment and fixed ASAP.

Follow thru
After a vacation my car would start. Wayne's had just put in a new alternator so they wanted to double check all systems. They sent a tow truck and picked up my car from my garage and did diagnostics. Fortunately, it was just a battery! The tow was free! Fabulous service
Can't go wrong with a call to Wayne's!

Delivering on Promises
Wayne’ s delivers on their device commitments. The oil change was completed on time plus the warranty work on my vehicle’s A/C system was completed when promised and without any charges for related parts and materials. Great vale for the money spent and fast and friendly service!

new transmission
our car was diagnosed as having a transmission issue. Sean tried some ideas to prolong the transmission. It finally was time to put a new transmission in the car. But, with the cost and that the car is older, I was concerned about putting a lot of money into the car. Sean looked it over and said the car was in good shape so we put in the new transmission. It works great and appreciate the efforts of the team.

Honest and Trustworthy
I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Wayne's Auto Repair. They will take the time to explain things so you understand what you are spending your money on. They could have had me fix a car that wasn't worth it and I would have never known. Honest and trustworthy, can't say that enough.

Wayne's Auto Repair services rates above any other shop in Columbus. They always go above and beyond any need you have. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and quick to offer help in a timely fashion. I am from a very small town. We have always taken our vehicles to local, family owned shops. I never thought I could find a shop who operated in a honest and professional manner in a big city.
