I spoke with Jim and scheduled an appointment for inspection Thursday. Dropped my car and keys off Wednesday. Was notified via text (with an invoice link) my car was completed. Car didn't need anything besides the inspection. Jim went over the invoice when I picked up the car and didn't try selling me on unnecessary services. Up front and honest. Be like Jim.
