This is upsetting given the loyalty I've shown them over the years. Also they charge you for the littlest things. They don't care and Jocelyn at their corporate office is no help. If They really need that $60-$120 they prorated me then so be it.
Also, I left my old unit clean and in great condition. We never allowed shoes in the apartment. Everything was perfect but They decided to charge me $690 from my deposit. This is very disappointing. They definitely took advantage of me as a tenant.
