Pros: did what they say they would do, tuned up everything, working great - which is the most important piece in my opinion.
Cons: PRICE, really expensive, and the other thing was that they they washed it but left soap all over the outside of the car when they returned it for me. They were in a rush to get it done and as a result, left my car looking like a mess on the outside. Not happy about that.
