Terrible treatment. Went in with a leaking tire with road hazard coverage. Tires I bought there less than 3 years old with measured 7mm of tread. Low miles on them since it is my spare car. Manager Mitch said I need 4 new tires because they are dry rotted. I call BS on that. THEN they stripped another wheel stud (happened last rotation visit too) and said I have to take to another mechanic to fix. THEN, they would not honor the road hazard on that tire for prorate replacement but instead put TWO patches on it. YEAH TWO. Service tech and counter guy said it was unserviceable but manager was determined to sell me tires. Good enough tire to put two patches on but so dry rotted I need 4? Untrue. Dishonest. I don't feel safe with two patches on a tire I paid for road hazard on. Terrible. STAY AWAY.. I will and I was a long time customer.
