Replacing a water pump, brakes, and a door handle.
First about the water pump. For many months I experienced a quick leakage of coolant-antifreeze fluid, which left a dirty pool of it on the floor or ground wherever I parked, and which needed to be refilled every few days. At that time I was using another auto repair shop, but every time I took it to them (about 4 different times), they were unable to find anything wrong. Finally someone recommended me to take it to Votech. I did, and Votech fixed it right the first time, in about three hours waiting time. Since then I have never had any more trouble with it.
Recently I experienced brake problems. Every time I pressed the brake pedal, I could feel the car shake lightly but continuously. So again I took it to Votech. They replaced the pads and rotors, plus the driver’s door handle inside which had broken, and needed to be ordered. Everything took 4 hours wait time. And now my old car runs like new!
