I've owned VW's for many years and I have been a customer of Bakersfield Volkswagen for around 20 years. Every service done is always with a smile, curtousy, and most important, knowledgeable of my needs. My bug is serviced to the max, no short cuts and I've NEVER had an issue with any repair done. I plan on staying with VW because I love my VW 2019 bug but also for their customer service.
