During Feb, Alex diagnosed a long-term cooling problem and replaced a malfunctioning AC part, then recharged the system. When the weather turned warm about 10 days later, my activated AC struggled to blow cool air. Alex quickly returned my voicemail and took a second look at the issue. He discovered that they replacement part had malfunctioned, replaced it with an OEM, and also repaired a fan control module that was intermittently operating. Great service and follow-up. These folks know Volkswagens.
Gary said a part they put on failed, he talked to Alex, he said to bring it in. They repaired it, no questions asked. It was super easy and he was very pleased. He is very happy with the service, friendliness and speed of their service.
