Does not value costumer's

Hyundai’s mission statement says that they are providing safety, quality and efficiency. However, I do not feel that they have provided my family with these items. From the time I brought my car home they have not been doing their job. To start with they have lied to my face several times for multiple reason. First, they told me I would have oil changes as long as I returned to their facility and have not. Next, they mixed up my co-signers name and mine of the paperwork thus everything goes to the wrong person. I have called several times about this, and it took forever for them to fix (a year!!) Next, I asked specifically to only run my credit once as I was newly married, and we were looking to finance other items. They ran it 5 times. Next, they messed up with my pay stub. I gave it to them for finance purposes but over a month later they contacted me to tell my they would repo my car if I didn’t get them a new one that day. I did nothing wrong; it was their end. They yelled at me over the phone which I find extremely unprofessional. So least to say I do not think this company values me.
