Everyone on the front desk with whom I spoke gave me very attentive service. It seemed that they made an extra effort to locate the problem in my vehicle. They even suggested that I leave the car over night to be sure my battery was holding the charge and that I did not end up stranded again. The shuttle driver was very polite and accommodating. Although they did not find anything that may have been the cause of my dead battery, I felt they did make every attempt to do so.
