Don’t take your vehicle here if you’re from out of state!
I broke down while passing through VA and had my vehicle towed to Virginia Tire and Auto. The quote to fix my vehicle was almost double that of my mechanic at home!
They ran up the cost on parts and labor because they knew I was in a bind and from out of state. Had to rent a U-Haul and come get the vehicle myself and take it to a different mechanic back home and it was still much cheaper!
It’s hard to find a good mechanic and having an experience like this just perpetuates the stereotype. If you are from out of state don’t expect a fair price! Take a chance at another shop!!
