Extremely dishonest and untrustworthy
They broke my radiator while replacing the battery and instead taking the responsibility, they were cooking up stories that it was already gone . I wss in a shock, drove 10 miles plus , it would have been empty by now and engine would have over heated, then they backed off with their story and said it was corroded and might have broken during installation, gave me a quote of 1250$ . They have literally damaged my Sienna, please stay away from this place

BUYER BEWARE - DECIEVING BUSINESS THAT LIES
I was visiting Ashburn Virginia from Canada when my GMC Acadia passenger side front tire started slowly leaking pressure. I booked an appointment and went to Virginia Tire in Ashburn with an appointment on March 23rd, 2024.
I was informed that there is a small puncture in the sidewall which cannot be repaired and the tire will cost $350.
I left the shop without repair and filled up air visited a road side repair shop in Breezewood, PA. They told me that its a small puncture and showed me. They charged $30 and repaired.

Virginia Tire and Auto is a fraudulent business and do not trust them.

Missed the obvious
Each time I go in to get my car worked on, they always seem to find something else that needs to be done. Oil change that should cost $50, turns into $1000 of Work I have to get done “for my safety”. This time, I came in to get the plastic shield reattached or taken off and they came to me with another internal problem. They also told me nothing was hanging from the car. I’m sorry, I didn’t ask you to check anything else. Also, I looked and visibly saw the plastic hanging and hear it scraping. You’re telling me you can’t glance at the entire underbody of the vehicle to see something hanging off far enough to drag on the ground??? The front person took me downstairs to show me “nothing was hanging”. Then I show her where toward the back of the vehicle. Sure enough, it was. Smh

Follow Instructions much?
I dropped my car off for a regular oil change, asked for the keys to be left inside after all work is completed and I will pick it up at night. I called to verify this was going to be done, spoke to 3 people when leaving my keys to ensure this happened. When I get back to my car, keys were not left in the car and I was unable to get to work the next day. Regardless, the work was done adequately just wish the "managers" would listen to their customers.

Flat tire / tire purchase
I had a flat near the end of the day which I could tell was not repairable. VA tire & auto fit me in a the last minute and had it done quickly.

What happened to you guys?
I've taken all my vehicles here for many years. This past visit was definitely different. Before I was always greeted upon arriving, given updates frequently if I was waiting and treated as though they enjoyed helping me. This time: not so much. I waited about two hours for my car and not once did anyone update me or even engage me with friendly conversation. It was like robots behind the counter. No one smiled. No great atmosphere. What happened to that great customer service?

Unhappy with the experience
Mr. Majdi brought the oil container, dirty air filter to show me that it needed replacement. I have been to your shop several times. None of the other representatives have done this to me. Instead of explaining what repairs needed to be done,what was the need to show it.

This was my first experience at Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn/Dulles, and it was excellent. The employees were attentive and quick to help as soon as I arrived. The service itself was very quick, and I had no issues with the work performed.
