One they do not offer luggage nut change and two, was there 4 hours and had an appt at opening 7am and they came out to unlock at 715am then did not get me back till 830am. Then at 930, said they could not do one tire so i have to had to take it to another place, so they put the tire in the back of my jeep, gave me my paperwork and i was on my way. Got to the other place and they put it on with a lug nut, then they call and text saying they refunded the tire I paid for to bring it back. I bought the tire online. Called online service and they said, no they cannot refund any tire online without approval and being it was prepaid for. They were supposed to call them first. Then online told them and me, the refund stands but I keep the tire for the nogales az mess up. Only one spoke English at the cashier and the Spanish working people confused him. No one knew what they were doing, not even the manager.
