I appreciate that my car was repaired within two days. Communication between myself and the auto shop was good. My only complaint is that the estimate was close to $200 less than the actual cost. I asked for an oil change and was told the taxes were not included in the estimate. I figured that would be approximately $100 over the estimate. With that being said, I really did not anticipate the final cost be more than $840, certainly not $940! That is quite a large difference if you ask me.
