Experiencing car starting issues
I highly appreciated the diagnostic process which was very deliberate and meticulous like I have never seen before. The mechanic was friendly and passionate about his job, and clearly explained what he was doing for a layman understanding. They even give me a car to use while my was worked on. That was awesome and unexpected!

Synthetic Blend Oil Change
I was very pleased with the professional staff and the good service. But the price for my oil change was much more than I expected. And when I was quoted the price to change the air filter, I was quite taken aback, so I declined.

Emergency Oil Change
I noticed that I had 15% oil life left and Village 10 Auto was able to get me in so quickly. Scott did and excellent job of taking care of my truck. The whole process was amazing and will definitely be going back for my other oil changes.

They Are The Best!!
I’m not going to gatekeep this gem because I know how hard it is to find a good auto shop. I came in to them frustrated and admittedly not knowing anything about the mechanics under the hood or what what going on; I had spent almost $9,000 after having a couple different major repairs at different auto shops all within a short period of time and it was broken down again! (I drive a 2020 Chevy Trax.) Oh how I wish I would have been able to get my truck in to them initially-they were absolutely wonderful! After a very thorough diagnostic analysis, I was able to not only have a full body health scan, but I got video of what was wrong. Scott, the mechanic, could have been a shop teacher-he explained what was wrong so simply and then actually showed me the part afterward and so I could see visually what the problem was. I can’t tell you how helpful that was. And Haylee is absolutely amazing too! She felt like something wasn’t right and spent a lot of time going back to the shops where I had the past repairs to see if there was anything they would take care of or warranty to use. I really appreciated that! Thanks again Haylee!! Jorge, you couldn’t have been nicer-if I break down in St Paul, I’ll be at your other shop in the blink of an eye! Thank you guys!
