Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as “refurbishing fees” or delivery charges. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/25 and have been trying to get a document from the sale since then, two months later I still don’t have it! I have emailed Mark (finance) and Nicole (manager) about 10-15 times and have made at-least 20 phone calls. I spoke to one of the salesman Christian 10 days ago and was told I would have the document within 48 hours, still don’t have it! I’ve been told someone would get back to me and no one has! I have since filed complaints with NYS Attorney General, NYC, and the BBB and will be writing a negative review on every site I can find! Save yourself the money and headache and TAKE YOUR VALUED BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I was also told I would be mailed a second key and have yet to receive.
