A waste of time to bring your car in to be service when the staff lack the knowledge and training to provide excellent service. Took my truck to be repaired, showed the service tech the problem for them to call me back to tell me there was no problem, I repeat showed it to him, should have been talking to a wall, and the requested to talk to a manager, whom lack the skills of customer service as well, repeated the same thing, that I didn't have an issue, to leave and have same issue after leaving the dealership. My recommendation for the department is to get as much training as they can get , because they are wasting precious time of paying customers
